Where we deliver
We ship within the United States only. Please contact us before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories to confirm delivery options and whether free shipping is available for your destination.
Preparing your order
Orders are prepared and dispatched within two business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This is our processing time; carrier transit time is separate.
Free standard shipping
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over US$250 in merchandise after discounts and before taxes. An order totaling exactly US$250 does not meet this threshold. For other orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
Delivery time depends on your destination and shipping service. The two-business-day processing period is not a delivery guarantee. If you are shopping for an upcoming celebration, contact us before ordering to discuss timing.
If dispatch is delayed
If we cannot dispatch within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
